Hoodie, "cape", archer theme. That's a lot more than enough to be labeled edgy by /vp/ standards. Some Pokemon are considered edgy simple because they're dark colored or menacing.

This isn't edgy. If it was using the hood to cover its face or something, then maybe. If it used it's archery to kill people for no reason, then yes. As it stands, it's just cool.

Infernape and Empoleon are also popular picks for their typings and movepools, though they tend to get outshined by OU staples.
Primarina is very viable in OU with her choice specs set.
Venusaur is a staple on the admittedly rare Sun teams and sun cores.
Feraligatr still acts as a powerful sweeper and wallbreaker for some teams.
Even Incineroar is gonna be an arguably better Arcanine once HAs are out.
