Rapidash is a race horse.

You wouldn't use a Kentucky Derby winner to tend the fields. High Horsepower is literally about pulling force.

To me shell smash is about pokemon that have shells that grow forever (or they collect material to make new shells like crustle and minior) and so they can afford to smash a part of it.
Kommo-O to me doesn't fit this. Neither to pupitar and shellgon, or torterra for instance. But blastoise does.
