Buzzwole has liquid filled, bulging muscles, Incineroar has a broad, flat chest and a kind of "play doh" looking body. Buzzwole has clearly shown, large humanoid fists, while Incineroar has splayed, clawlike hands. Buzzwole is a macho bugman and Incineroar is a (little less) macho catman. Very different.
