Similar to Mew in that respect. It can run a dozen different sets but there is always someone that does it better.
Ability makes it so EV requirements are halved. Essentially: 2 EVs per stat point, as opposed to four.
That means 205 stat points provided by EVs, as opposed to the standard 127.
Make its stats decent all around (Say, 70 in everything) so the EVs can buff up whatever stats are important for the specific set you want to use.
What this does is, effectively, give you two stats that you can increase to something slightly above Base 125 on a regular mon.
Or you could spread it around so you have fewer direct weak spots (like on a fast mixed attacking set, or a mixed defensive wall).
