Does anybody know when the nature of the Lati@s that you get in-fame in ORAS is determined? Is it as soon as you arrive on the Southern Island, or once you beat Team Aqua/Magma and it joins you, or is it fixed?

Also, what if you have a full team when it is supposed to join you?
