What's the deal with Ghetsis' right arm? I mean in the intro of BW you see it just fine. But every other instance has him hiding it. So what, did something happen to it or something?

This. He's paralyzed on the right side of his body. He can't move the right half of his mouth, he wears that eyepatch/monocle to cover up his deformity, and he walks with a limp (even more apparent in BW2).

i actually find that a bit funny since dennis isnt a "grey" person. hes evil for the sake of evil. but i guess if you consider the fact that he was pretending to help the pokemon by liberating them, then it makes sense i guess

although it sounds good, theres a problem with that. N himself is a "grey" person, of course he is supposed to represent ideals/truth, depending on the version, but he learns from the player's battles and pokemon that everything isnt black and white and grows as a person because of this. he actually thinks for himself and becomes liberated from his dads control over him.

Yeah, like >>31762431 said, it could've been the hydreigon (maybe he forced it evolve early or some shit) since it has minimum happiness and frustration, or it could've been kyurem. Or maybe he just has a gross birth defect that covers half of his body. We'll never know.
