I have Moon, and my Abra just evolved into Kadabra and it learned kinesis... I don't have any attack TMs I can teach it either. This is bullshit.

I looked this shit up on Google, and I don't really get it, so can someone please explain this shit to me?

From what I've read, Kadabra will learn Psybeam at level 21. Now, is that 100% GUARANTEED? If not I'm going to have to drop one of my favorite mons...

Is your game updated? This was a glitch I believe they fixed in a patch. Otherwise you'll have to waif for the move tutor.

I just had some kind of 3DS update earlier today. I think it was a system update though.

How do I update the game? I just got a 3DS recently, solely for Pokemon games, so I'm not too familiar with the system.

Alright, looks like I didn't have the 1.1 update releasted January 10th 2017. Downloading it now.

I didn't save for obvious reasons, so I'm going to have to redo the 1st trial, but whatever. Hope this works.

I installed the update, did the 1st trial AGAIN, and when my Abra evolved into Kadabra it STILL learned Kinesis.

Fuck this game. Going to play SoulSilver instead. New Pokemon games are fucking awful.
