Most players that play Stall win the majority of their games by making someone quit.
On top of that, the Stalling community (aka. Ladder whores) are just jerks, especially when they have mod power and mute people for disagreeing with them.
So with how boring it is to play with and how generally bad Stall player act, most people just want to avoid it.
