We all know the shiny shoulda been the regular color, but what probably really would've helped was being this giant bulky motherfucker, not some spindly guy lugging a shell backpack.

I still think he looks pretty good if not great as a general design though.

No he isn't. Solid physical stats, access to stab drain punch, wide offensive physical movepool (biggest of all the grass starters in fact), and looks kind of cool once you know what its based on.
