Quick Attack could be replaced with Ice Punch or Knock Off based on your team. Or get rid of Swords Dance in favor of a Choice Band/Scarf

Females have a much higher chance of passing HA, whether bred with a ditto or without.

Long been disproven, male with ditto is the same as female with it, 60%. People just get confused since 5th gen didn't let males pass.
