Why isn't Silvally OU? It's so good! It can run various sets, from special attacker, to physical attacker, to wall, to anything! And it also got a good design, unlike some OU mons like Pheromosa, Celesteela, and Buzzwole.
Silvally is the best Pokémon that exists and will ever exist!

95/95 offensive stats are pretty *meh.*
Everything does its job better. Alolan Persian is a far better parting shot pivot since it can use Darkium Z and has a waay better speed tier. Being below 100 really hurts Silvally

Again, Memory Device should be a Key item like Zygarde Cube, DNA splicers, Hoopa Bottle, etc.
So, you can manage what type Silvally is AND give him a item. Give him Adaptability and 110 or so and all stats.
It's supposed to be the Beast Killer and can't beat no one.

Honestly? Because after you've decided which type you want to use and made a set, you might realize that you're using a monotype mon with no item or ability, a barren movepool, and nothing useful.

Fairy type? It's a worse Clefable.

Fire? Heatran, Rotom-H, Arcanine.

Poison? Toxapex, Tentacruel, Nihilego.
