>>31792479I fancy the tail fan myself, seeing how Cinccino is already rocking the "scarfed mammal" niche, plus that opponents can just grab the tail if they want to strangle it. Given its regal look, one can justify its fan tail by how it's a popular pet for royalties since it could keep them cool in the throne rooms or what have you, and if you want to go down that route you can also give it some wind moves for shenanigans.
That said, the fan end of the tail could have less strands and instead be more similar to an actual fan and keep the fur tufts limited to the fan's edge.The body could also use some additional details too, so if possible, look up other examples of fancy/royal clothing and see if anything can be incorporated, like maybe its front legs can get those puffy shoulderpads that was popular during medieval times.
Nothing to really say about your art style overall, works great with fakemon designs.
