For reference, Gyarados is used by Wallace, Cyrus, Clair, Lance, Blue, Lysandre, and Siebold in the main games, as well as Crasher Wake and Winona in their PWT teams. So Crobat just barely beats it out in usage.
Oh, and in the Orre games, Crobat is used by Ein while Gyarados is used by Gorigan. That's all.
