There was a period when some Inci/Pri fans (might have not been fans) were trashing the owl when his speed was revealed, but the other starters were still unknown before they realized their final evos shared the same Speed base, lower than Decidueye. This was witnessed, but I actually barely remember about it.
Big whoop, some people care about competitive and others not. I wasn't really concerned about stats for the owl back then or for the rest of them, really. Some people just like making threads to piss people off too, I'm the one least surprised about it. Lot of shitposting back then.
