>>31810181I think it'll be interesting to see how much of an effect it has on other mons. The comparisons to Pheromosa are there; Beedrill's slower, lacks HJK, can't use Ice Beam, no Beast Boost, but it DOES have a much stronger Poison Jab. Removing Fini might make it relevant.
There's also the fact that it'd need to run Jolly to outspeed Koko and Ash-Greninja. This means that it'd also outspeed Adamant Pheromosa, who might be forced to run Jolly and lose its offensive Beast Boosts.
Using the Mega slot when Metagross is an option is a point against Beedrill. Knock Off and Drill Run are points in favour. Pheromosa's usual answers get dunked on by Beedrill's coverage.
It's hard to say. It'll either see no use at all, have a niche but fall to UU eventually, or be really solid in OU, and give Pheromosa stiff competition.
