>>31822460Assuming you can protect the Eevee for one turn using something like Mat Block or Quick/Wide Guard, you can safely set up Extreme Evoboost and then either try attacking or Baton Pass to something else.
As for the boosts themselves, just think of Eevee as turning into an average Pokemon stat-wise with subpar HP. I've been using Trump Card as a meme STAB and Shadow Ball for coverage against Ghosts.
