Excluding mythical pokemon, the only main legendaries are Mewtwo, Ho-Oh, Lugia, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Kyurem, Reshiram, Zekrom, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Solgaleo, Lunala and Necrozma, so the only main third/masters/whatever pokemon are Rayquaza, Zygarde, Necrozma, Kyurem and Giratina.
