A new move isn't going to help Nidoking. If anything moves is pretty much all it's got going for it (with sheer force).

I guess give it moon blast for some extra coverage? Would make some sense at least since it evolves from a Moon Stone.

I guess shore up steelix is a decent consolation prize. I'd take ice beam and/or earth power salazzle, too.
