Sun and Moon is already difficulty depending on your playstyle for specific totems as well as Poni Island being a noticable spike

Playing it without Expshare is a good challenge, especially since your playing the fucking game like you did before Gen 6

I think you're missing the problem here.

Pokemon that are good in Trick Room ARE good in Trick Room, it's just that Trick Room itself isn't as reliable as things like Weather or Terrains because
A) there is no ability that instantly summons Trick Room
B) there is no item that extends Trick Room
