Just wait until we get a Physical Fairy TM. It's not gonna get Play Rough, that is for the cute (Marill) and pet-like Pokemon (Poochyena) and Pokemon that are associated with playing (Drampa). Koko is neither.

Flare Blitz and Brave Bird have 120BP while Wild Charge is only 90BP
