retarded tools like pink believe it isn't. Dugtrio Stall isn't really "broken" per say it's just that it's unhealthy. Because now, so have a chance of winning against Stall, I have to run the item Shed Shell on my Wallbreaker. As I said before, Shed Shell is useless in every other scenario besides in the matchup against Dugtrio Stall. But if I don't carry Shed Shell, I lose the game. I objectively lose the game at team preview. That is not the sign of a healthy meta game, in my opinion.
