Both Glaceon and Magcargo are not okay though.
Op set the standard for "okay" with Blastoise (Mega I hope) so Primarina, Tentacruel and Nidoking are fine. The other ones in the thread are quite a bit below them, though.

Just a quick reminder. If you're judging by power alone, anything UU is not "just okay". It's great. There are only about 100 or so Pokemon that get to be in UU or above, meaning as soon as a Pokemon gets there, it's already better than "okay".

It's gonna take a lot more than just a speed buff to bring Jolteon back up to par. Maybe an ability retcon or access to Ice Beam and Flamethrower could do it.
