The only thing I remember about that one is finding out that Eevee learns it at level 50 something. Thought it would be a good move since it learns it at one of the later levels, spent hours grinding my Eevee, used the move once and found out it's completely fucking useless.

Throat Chop is almost exclusive to Incineroar. It is learned at a level beneath Incineroar's natural evolution level, so it must be learned from the Relearner. Through Incineroar, it can be bred as an Egg Move for Sneasel.
Its distribution is perhaps even worse than Event-moves.

Reflect Type is a common move on defensive Starmie.

Circle Throw was used on Throh in Gen 5.
Magma Storm is one of the best moves in the game and is standard on Heatran.
Dual Chop was used on Dragons such as Garchomp in Gen 5.
Natural Gift is commonly used on lure sets.

Most of the rest were either new moves, signatures, or meme moves, so they were all well known.

Only ones that got me were Flower Shield, Floral Healing, Purify and Hold Back.

You're the same fuckwits who turned Finneon in a popular pokèmon due to spamming it every day about how forgettable it is right?

Also 80% of these are not even obscure and most get a pass anyway due to being new gimmicky moves.
Last but not least, many of these can be found during the ingame run, do you even play the games? How the fuck do you not know about Nightmare, Telekinesis, Fake Tears etc?

In a metagame where Tapu Fini is around and bloom doom kills it, how the fuck is a trapping STAB move not good. It may not be standard anymore, but the second month of OU offensive Heatran was everywhere.

Reflect type on starmie allows it to beat scarf tyranitar if it uses pursuit and banded ttar in general. If you were particularly afraid of starmie being pursuit trapped, it's great. Only really relevant to gen 6, but I suppose it could be used to beat scizor in UU.
