But it's shit in doubles, it has 60 BP and also hurts your ally.
The only way this could be useful is to use Justified, but does this situation really need to create a whole new TM?

It's a good move. But I agree it needs flinch chance or power boost.
It's also the only contact move that can hit multiple Pokémon at once. So it IS unique!

You know seeing as how the National Dex is only assailable in Poke Bank, why not have Moves that was once TMs be able to be taught in Poke Bank. That way we won't have over a 100 TMs to collect.

Venoshock and Echoed Voice were designed to be weaker for early game usage when pokemon don't learn that many moves.

Quash is extremely niche, but it works well with Prankster pokemon in double battles.

Psych Up also has some niche uses in double battles (See: Eevoboost Teams).

I can't defend the rest of those. Maybe in some alternate universe where stat reductions ingame mattered, Confide would be good.
