This is a Pokemon that is practically a person, it might even prefer being in a Pokedex body more than its natural self. What kind of repercussions would this have? Like does it prefer the company of humans over Pokemon from this or would it hit it off with other Rotomdexes?
This seems like underused/overlooked potential for a number of reasons. Hell, I'd have even thought Colress would weigh in a little better about the guy.
