Dugtrio's personality most fits Yuri from King of Fighters, Ryo's little sister. Both of Dugtio and Yuri quickly became them sot powerful members of their respective teams with very little training and totally upstarted everyone else. Like Yuri, Dugtrio also sees fighting as fun and a good way to spend an exciting afternoon, not really viewing it as a career, just a fun hobby, despite their talent.
Lastly we have tentacruel, who I set as Ivy from Soul Calibur. Tentacruel is a sadistic edgelord who loved seeing his enemies suffer. He would use Wrap and watch them helplessly struggle to break free, only to get hammer by Surf or Bubblebeam. Ivy is much the same way, just with more of an exhibitionist streak.
