I mean yeah, Protean is good as fuck, but it's actually got better MOSTLY because it can screw Ash-Greninja checks and counters. i don't think the whole meta is around Protean, but both Greninja being top tier threats making make it sure look like it.
Honestly, after duggy is getting the boot, Lele again will be S tier.
