Seems fair enough. It would be enough of a hinderance to stall teams that it would take a huge amount of consideration and planning to even use on one. It's a good counter to stall teams, even. Very nice. They just have to never make a defensive poison type again

I like it. Eviolite Golbat, A-Muk and Weezing get nice defensive boosts and get a way to beat things that would normally wall them.

But they all carry recover or some variant, that's the point. Leftover chip damage is basically irrelevant, but without recover, their degeneracy is no more.
