Buzzwole would obviously be adamant, but if you really need the speed I guess going Jolly wont be as bad, but scarfed would be better in that case
Celesteela works with any speed lowering nature, just see which you want to suit your specific set
Kartana should be jolly, it already has enough attack without a nature boost. Same with xurkitree's special attack, go timid.
And... I have no idea what to do with guzzlord.
