Cowtits, or just huge tits in general are very much the most attractive feature a woman can possess.
But, my biggest pet peeve and a huge turn off are when artists give huge knockers to girls that don't have them. May, Whitney, Skyla, and Loreliei are some examples of Pokégirls that have a canonical reason to be drawn busty in fan art.
Dawn, has nothing on her chest, and it usually comes off as looking off. I'm obsessed with big chests, but I see the appeal of small, and even flat chests. The Pokémon franchise has many more examples of the latter, which is just fine.
If you want to draw busty girls, draw the ones that are actually busty.
