Ever heard of low tiers? It runs pretty much the same set as every other Electric type minus shadow ball... Electrode can run fully invested specs Sp Atk and still outspeed everything in its tier(except Ninjask). I will always defend my FAVORITE Pokémon.

back in 5th gen there was a really fun electrode set i had
basically you named it some meme explosion,
people would switch into Rhyperior thinking it was going to volt switch
you set up rain
then when they think "oh i can set up my rocks" you nail that fucker with an HP water
only worked because it was a snowflake set for an underplayed tier but hell it was fun
