The speed. Removing Outrage or reducing attack would be more reasonable ways to nerf it.

Other Pokémon fuck up the singles balance more than Garchomp does if you look past Alola friendly.

See, it's not that Gamefreak sucks at balancing, it's that they don't give a fuck. They know what pokemon they want to turn into popular darlings, they make it OP, and obviously they get used a lot. They are just lazy or apathetic when they give out abilities like damp to parasect, or vital spirit to delibird
