OU is genies, Tapu, UB, Zapodos, Cresselia (Who is RU for some reason) and Heatran central. UU has recently become /mlp/ and pixie mon central. While all legendaries aren't broken, they are still just as or more powerful than the average fullied Evolved mon. There are like 6 legendaries now. Surely that's enough to make three tiers of only legendary battles.
