That's what going on with Lillie. They're replacing two different parts with the same Z-powered bullshit. If it was just during the Z-pose, where she says she'll show her "full power", I could understand it. But they're taking that, and replacing がんばリーリエ with that too, simply because it's not easy to translate.
Take Generation I for example. They had a lot of things they translated differently. Monster Balls became Pokeballs, Zukan became Pokedex, Blue catchphrase became "Smell ya later". They put effort into it to make it unique and memoriable. Now, they just outright discard things they find hard to translate.
