I don't believe it would, Deoxys has both incredible offensive prowess and heavy utility with two types of hazards and tied for the fastest non-Prankster Taunt

It would also force Mega Sableye to evolve immediately so you can build your team around taking advantage of that

As of now, Tapu Lele + Deo-A is one of the best strategies in Ubers, a life orb psycho boost can ohko anything that doesnt resist it.

Considering that Deo-N is basically a slightly more bulkier Deo-A, I cannot see how it would be balanced in OU.

That doesn't make any sense because that implies that the OU now is the same as the OU back then. OU now is very different from the last OU Deoxys was present in. Do people on here even proofread what they type on board? Hell, if we go by your logic then Garchomp should still be banned from OU because of Gen. 4.

Used to be A rank when Life Orb was the only set, now sets like Scarf, Specs and Quiver Dance have become more popular and it has turned into an S threat. The only reason it's still OU is because the suspect process is slow as fuck, but it's only a matter of time before it gets banned.
