There's no place for Genesect in a serious Ubers team.
All Ubers team have to have two team slots dedicated to P-Don and Xerneas in the first place.
As for the four other slots, Genesect doesn't offer anything that you can't get with other, better pokemon.

Meloetta is underrated as a waifu, not overrated. Barely anyone remembers her while they're busy fapping to dog and cat pokemon.
Shame because she's adorable.

Also it's pretty normal to have scarce distributions for a mythical, just look at Shaymin.

Also had fun with an Assault Vest Meloetta a while ago in UU. It's always hilarious when people throw Shadow Balls at you then become silent for a few minutes.

The only viable set for it is scarf, which is fun to use imo but its still garbage. It can't even outspeed Xerneas after a geomancy. If you want an offensive pivot its much better to just use Mega Scizor or Landorus
