Also, a second solution to the sliding puzzle gives you an Ice Heal, and a third will give you a Burn Heal.
going east on the path, it becomes muddier, with puddles forming. You can find Swinub, (50%) Palpitoad, (20%) Quagsire, (19%) Mudbray, (10%) and Carnivine. (1%)
on the north side, there is a breakable rock, and behind it you can find the TM for Muddy Water. (obviously a new TM but why not?)
Farther to the east, the muddy gives way a little bit to a more green, but still cold environment. You can find Snover, (45%) Deerling, (25%) Mudbray, (15%) Carnivine, (9%) Teddiursa, (5%) and Spinda. (1%)
You can find a Leaf Stone over to the east past a hidden pathway.
There is also a small pond south of the main route, and you can find a Splash Plate on the southernmost accessible place in the route.
In the lake, via fishing, you can reel in: Magikarp, (65%) Basculin (a regional variant because why not,) (30%) and Shellder. (5%)
When Surfing, you can find: Magikarp, (30%) Basculin (regional variant,) (30%) Seel, (30%) and Mantyke. (10%)
