And rowlet may be sleeping all the Times (due to that fact that he's nocturnal) but when he evolves he will most likely be the cool one in the anime, while incineroar stays a hot head. And if you need proof of littens character changing, look at the concept art of incineroar, he's literally about to hit pikachu with a table outside of battle, pretty heroic if you ask me.
