What if it was like this.
When you want to catch a pokemon then you need to paralyze it, damage it ...
In order to capture the easier.
But instead it was so that it became more difficult to catch it when you had done damage and paralyzed it. Also it became easier to catch on when HP is green.
any thoughts?

Fire/Fighting is actually godlike neutral coverage.
Talonflame is rotting in RU.
+2 Blaziken brute forces through anything not named Giratina. Fucking Defensive Toxapex still gets 2hko'd on the switch, but it can handle it if it switches in on the SD/Protect.
