Even then the two spots on the wheel resemble eyes (the left one being an eye patch) anf the triangles formed by the seaweed resemble fangs. Sorry its an actually inventive and unique design. I'm sure you would love more anthro dogs/cats/foxes and plated dinosaurs.

The fact THAT it actually is just a bit of wet seaweed and the parts of the anchor/steering wheel it picked up resemble an eye and teeth but aren't actually some is what makes it so genius. It deceives you completely while still looking good as a "anchor Pokemon". Also it just using something it randomly found underwater to attack shuts up the "but muh inanimate object" shitters.

Honestly, in future games I'd love to see more cutemon disguises and a prevo that's just wearing a shit pillowcase that "picks" a design randomly when they evolved, maybe influenced by the distinct area they're evolving in.
