Again, if they are not unique, what separates them from Pseudos, aside from arbitrary gameplay reasons? Either they aren't unique, and as such are hardly worth separating from Pseudos, or Heatran is an exception, which calls into question why its even considered a legendary in the first place.

You know, I actually hated Quagsire as a kid. Something about his design just unsettled me. Could have been because of the opening of the third Pokemon movie, or maybe it was just his dopey as fuck expression in the game.
