I wish I was kidding regarding the latter part, but some Primarina fans (the more innocent bunch) might be tired of the design's constant sexualization even though it was bound to happen. They want to enjoy having it as this cute innocent partner and then comes that one guy who posts big breasted Primarina (whether its intentions are real or not depend), which might make some Primarina fans fed up of being associated with these guys often or being treated as if they were all from the same litter, even though some might get used to the whole porn stuff. It happens to every pokemon, no exception, but the even-remotely-feminine looking ones always suffer this fate the most, which makes people who like X for simply looking cute look like complete perverts to some body else. It's only after a big while some get used to this whole thing or simply don't care at all while others still feel slightly concerned.
