Mew can be obtained through a glitch in RBY, but can't be transfered through bank if you want it to have your OT and a nickname.
You can get Celebi through Colosseum, but you need some JP disc for that.
Jirachi can be obtained through Pokémon Channel.
Deoxys can be caught in ORAS.
Manaphy can be obtained through Pokémon Ranger (only once per !!cartridge!!, not once per savefile).
Darkrai and Shaymin can be obtained through "tweaking" in Diamond and Pearl, but when obtained through tweaking, you can't transfer them to SM.
So effectively Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys and Manaphy are still obtainable with your OT and a nickname that don't require and event.
Through events:
Mew on Faraway Island in RSE. Old Sea Map required. You can't just inject the map though. Downloading the event triggered some variables, so you basically need to edit the savefile code through gameshark i.e.
Celebi was obtainable through Pokémon Bank in XY. It had a random nature and came in a Luxury Ball.
Darkrai is catchable on New Moon Island in DPPt. Needs the Member Card though. It's the same Darkrai you'll get through tweaking, but the Member Card triggers some variables that makes the Darkrai passable.
Shaymin is catchable in Flower Paradise in DPPt. Needs Oaks Letter though. Basically the same as Darkrai.
Arceus was catchable in the Entree Forest in BW1 through an PGL distribution.
Victini was catchable in Liberty Garden in BW1. Requires the Garden Pass though.
Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Diancie, Hoopa and Volcanion are exclusively obtainable through events and can not be caught or nicknamed.
