Mine is a tie between pic relatedand Raichu. But I will give Primarina the spotlight this time.
I've been a fan since gen 1, and to be honest no Pokemon (besides a few) have ever caught my attention but Primarina has. But I think it has more to do with my childhood than anything. When I was young, I was really into marine biology and my favorite animal (still til this day) is the sea lion, so when I got older I had the opportunity to volunteer at my local aquarium and I had the privilege to learn more about sea lions amd even made friends will one named (and I'm not fucking with you) Selkie. I fed her whenever I was present volunteering. But another reason why I think Primarina struck a cord with me is because it likes to sing, just like me. (Which is a dream of mine.) Water is also my second favorite type behind electric, I like the inspiration behind the concept aswell.
It's also waifu type, so it's a plus.
