It'd just be cool to work in an organization and slowly find out they're evil and break away instead of quitting in the opening or, even worse, the blindingly THEY ARE EVIL foreshadowing SM supplied for Lillie's case in the first minute.
Plasma would have been the best organization to do it in because they had a semi-noble goal with an Elite pushing a selfish agenda whereas the rest of the evil orgs are just.... stupid or standard Rocket Mafia tier.
