>>32051977>>32051893>>32051867 This is a poor arguement. The phase of water depends entirely on the temperature. The ice melts bc the water is not at 0C. The water freezes because the ice is at least or lower than 0C. If there is more ice than liquid then thr temperature of the environment is lower and the liquid will freeze. If there is more liquid the temperature is higher than 0C and the ice will melt. They should have normal effects on each other.
What WOULD be cool, is if ice became super effective against water during hail. We already kind of have a move like that with freeze-dry.
