>>32053222Well considering mega Blastoises design, it makes perfect sense for its ability to be mega launcher. What DOESN'T make sense though is that they decided to keep water pulse at 60 bp instead of boosting it alongside the new ability to actually make using it worth a damn. I would've settled for a 75 bp water pulse. Not spectacular, but better than fucking 60. I can also deal with hydro pump not getting boosted by mega launcher since that'd just be overkill imo. Flash cannon totally should get the mega launcher boost though.
The fact that Blastoise ended up getting cucked compared to the other 3 kanto starter megas really stings me because Blastoise is my favorite kanto starter and favorite starter overall. I still use him competitively since I just like him that much, but its still pretty clear he got screwed compared to Charizard and Venusaur.
