I recently got the instrument libraries Gamefreak has been using for the soundtracks of XY, ORAS, and Sun/Moon, namely East West Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra, the Kontakt Factory Library, and Ethno World 5.

I've been testing out different tracks and instrument groups to try and get close to the type of sound GF tends to use:

That third one is godly. The awakening theme for Reshiram and Zekrom is one of my favorite tracks from the game.

Also, if you want you can try your hand at Iris's champion theme from BW2.

If you're still taking requests, can you try make Route 29 or Goldenrod City? They're some of my favourite tracks in the series and I'd love to hear them in something better than 8-bit, but I wasn't a fan of their HGSS remixes.

Since battle themes take more liberty in instrument choice the only thing I could realy change were the horns
