They presumably made placeholders for alternate forms without unique models (totems, Battle Bond Greninja, Power Construct Zygarde, the different Minior colors with their shields intact) and then removed them but left a few behind, leaving retards to sperg out like they did with the placeholders in the demo datamine even though it's obvious what the placeholders are for.
The Lycanroc placeholder however obviously doesn't correspond to a known form, and oddly uses the form ID 4 instead of 2 (Midday being 0 and Midnight being 1). This implies not one but three new Lycanroc forms.

They obviously removed the placeholders and forgot a few. People make mistakes. We know what the numbers refer to and Lycanroc is the only one unaccounted for.
