Trop Kick really shouldn't be as weak as it is though

Tsareena is still like my favorite Gen VII mon. I hate the mentality that went behind trying to have restraint when designing the new Pokemon so they weren't all OP, and then going balls deep with the UBs

True, the idea of having an instant +3 is nice, but not when your base speed is 72 and you have such an odd coverage.
You're better off using your Z-Move on something that's actually useful.
